Two New Races in WildStar Online have been Disclosed
The developer of Wildstar Online have been saying for a while now that there are more races coming to each of the game's two factions, the Exile and the Dominion. It seems as though we won't have to wait much longer to see what they are, as the developer has announced they plan to reveal the races during their panel at San Diego Comic Con on July 19.
At the same time, they will not sell wildstar gold through the official channel, players will have to farm the gold by themselves in the game or buy the gold from the game currency vendors on the internet.
Carbine has been pretty hush-hush about what type of characters we can expect out of the new races. All we have to go off is a recently released poster with a smiling bomb that reads "Cutely Grotesque." I'm all for adorable races in MMOs, and considering there aren't any short furry people in WildStar yet, there's a good chance one of these races might be just up my alley.
If you're a WildStar fan heading to San Diego for Comic Con, make sure not to miss the developer panel. The panel will feature Lead Narrative Designer Chad Moore, Content Director Mike Donatelli, Creative Director Matt Mocarski, and Design Producer Stephen Frost, and will go in to the creative process behind designing WildStar's NPCs, how the team puts story arcs together and of course, and the reveal of the two new races.
